IS THERE A RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?
Print Products, Original Artwork, Stickers, and all Print-on-Demand items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges, no exceptions. If an item arrives damaged upon arrival or defective, please reach out to me and we can open an investigation to look into the issue further, but all orders are final sale.
WHERE DO ITEMS SHIP FROM?
Handmade and packaged orders are assembled and shipped from my own studio in CBUS, OH. Print-on-Demand products are shipped from their respective facilities.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Handmade products can ship internationally upon special request and additional shipping and handling fees, while Print-on-Demand products can typically always ship internationally.
CAN I MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER REQUEST?
Yes! You can make a custom order request if I don't yet offer a print or sticker of a piece you're interested in, just reach out and ask.
